Well folks, it’s not long now! Yep, in just under a month from now, the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be released on Nintendo Switch.
Yet despite all that, there’s still a lot of ambiguity about the game. Oh sure, we know that there are floating islands and underground areas this time. We know some of the crazy abilities included, like Fuse, Ultrahand and Recall. And we know that various familiar enemies and characters are returning, like Ganondorf, Gleeock and Redeads.
But we don’t know much about anything else. The general structure of the game, the story, other new characters or settings… it’s all rather vague, and kept under wraps by Nintendo.
However, things might change tomorrow. Why? Because as the title suggests, the final trailer for the game is being posted online at 3pm, complete with about 3 minutes of new footage for the game. Here’s the announcement about it from Nintendo’s various social media pages:

And that’s very exciting news indeed. Why? Well, do you know what else got released about a month before its respective game?
Yep, the Nintendo Switch Presentation trailer for the original Breath of the Wild. A video which, to put it bluntly, caused the game’s hype to explode overnight:
That one video showed it all. New enemies and bosses? Check. Lots of new locations outside the Great Plateau? Check. Tons of characters and species and mechanics we worried might not be in the game? Oh yeah, triple check.
And if you cut out some of the sweeping landscape shots, the Tears of the Kingdom trailer tomorrow is exactly the right length to provide such an experience. The exact setup needed to provide a trailer that knocks it out of the park, and shows how much more than DLC this new game really is.
So we’re very excited to see what happens there, and to see all the insanity will likely be included in the video as a result.
Still, if you want to know when it’ll go live, check out the times in the table below:
