Well folks, it seems the Nintendo Music app got another update. With the most notable change being that the app is now available on PC too.
Yep, as of the latest version of Nintendo Music, you can now listen to all your songs in a web browser too. Just log into the official Nintendo site with your Nintendo Network account, and the whole service is now available to use here:
That’s good news for anyone without a smartphone, or who fancies listening to these songs with a PC and headphones rather than a tinny smartphone speaker.
And it’s not the only change the service has received. No, as explained by the update trailer here:

There are all kinds of changes to the app and service in this version. For example, you can also use the app with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto too. So, if you’re driving and want a change from Spotify or the radio, you can now listen to Nintendo songs in your car as well.
Yeah, you can basically pretend you’re in a Mario Kart race in real life now. You know, in case that’s something you like doing.
Additionally, voice controls have also been added too. This means voice assistants like Siri can now interact with the app, and find tunes relevant to your query without needing to search or type in anything. Again, useful when driving, or in other situations where you need to keep your attention on literally anything else.
Either way, it’s a marked upgrade from previous versions of app, and close to the definitive way to listen to Nintendo tunes online. Definitely check it out if you haven’t already. It’s easier and more convenient to use than ever before.
