Back in September 2022, Nintendo announced that GoldenEye 007 was being rereleased on Nintendo Switch via the Online Expansion Pack. It was a huge announcement, and one which people didn’t expect in the slightest given the licensing complications associated with the title.
But it’s real, and now we have a release date. Why? Because a few days ago, Nintendo announced that GoldenEye 007 would be released on Switch Online this Friday! Here’s the trailer with more footage and information:
And it doesn’t just end there either. No, it’s not just coming to Switch Online, but Xbox GamePass too:

So regardless of whether you’re a Nintendo fan or an Xbox one, you’ll have access to this classic in some form or another. It’s awesome to see, and makes it available to far more people than ever before.
