The Coronavirus will only really prove to be a threat if you live in a bad health area and don’t take care of yourself which in China, where most techonlogy and game hardware is made, is seeing closures in work businesses to contain the virus spread.
At this time, the Coronavirus is looking to hinder the PS5 and new Xbox hardware production, which it already has hit the Nintendo Switch and has delayed the new Animal Crossing theme Switch to an unknown time. The following quote from the above article can paint a bad picture for the upcoming holiday 2020 season:

New consoles may likewise suffer supply issues from a prolonged disruption, ahead of their Fall 2020 planned launches.”
